Known as the Queen of Bridal Beauty in Dallas/Fort Worth, Jen Trotter is the owner and principal artist behind Lip Service Makeup, the team that snagged a coveted AACWP Vendi Award for Favorite Hair and Makeup for the 5th year in a row, landing them in the Hall of Fame. In addition to beautifying thousands (yes, thousands!) of brides over the course of her 30+ year career, Jen's work has been featured in local and national magazines, on commercials and ads for brands such as Tostitos, Girl Scouts of America, and Omni Hotels and on shows on Oxygen and the Paramount Network, ABC’s 20/20 and on Dateline NBC. The LSM team also beautified contestants for the finale wedding episodes of "Love is Blind" on Netflix! When it comes to weddings and beauty, she's seen it all and done it all!

As a nationally recognized bridal beauty expert, communications strategist, and industry leader, Jen is a sought-after podcast guest and panelist and is also an elite national speaker and educator focused on helping other business owners achieve long-term sustainability and success. She’s currently serving as The WIPA (Wedding Industry Professional Association) National Director Membership Retention, and is an active member of SWP, PWG, NACE, MPI and ILEA as well.

Jen lives in Grapevine with her husband Mark, their 4 adult kids (empty nesters!), plus adorable Lip Service mascot dog Honey and cats Elvis and Buddy. She loves brunch food any time of day, getting massages, beach trips, watching Mark’s band (the Mojo Brothers band!) play around DFW, true crime shows and a well-timed tequila shot on girls night out!
